Wennie

We hired Madison from High Tech Pet Care and have to admit we were anxious to leave our bulldog Wennie with Madison for a few days. We did a meet and greet ahead of time and Wennie (and us) loved Madison from the start. We went on our trip, Wennie was fine, and Madison sent pics and updates the entire time we were away. When we got home, we found a “report card” for Wennie and of course she passed with flying colors! Madison also left a special treat for us and for Wennie! If you are hesitant to leave your pet with Madison, don’t be! She is a dream come true for folks like us who only want the best for their pets. We highly recommend this five star service!

Maddie and Sarah are both wonderful. I get a lot of peace of mind when I have to go away for a few days or a few hours knowing my dog is with an experienced vet tech. They are both so conscientious and take extra good care of my senior dog, making sure her routine stays the same. The communication is always terrific.

High Tech Pet Care is the absolute answer for your pet care when you can't be home to take care of your fur babies. They are a team of highly skilled vet techs with years of experience. We were away in Europe and I had no worries. We have 3 cats, one with complicated health issues. Who of course got sick while were away and they jumped on her care and she was better in no time. They took the time to be sure she ate and gave her medication and thankfully she was feeling better. I had the greatest peace of mind with Maddie and Sara taking care of my kitties. I'm so grateful to have them for our next vacation. Thank you for all that you did for us. We really appreciate you!

Tank

We're so happy we found High Tech Pet Care! Our dog Tank is a bit anxious and reactive - we really wanted him in our wedding photos, but we were worried about the logistics. Luckily Sarah made the process easier than we thought possible! She brought Tank to and from the venue so we could get some priceless photos and memories with him. We were so grateful to know he was in good hands so we could focus on celebrating! Besides our wedding, Tank always looks forward to when Sarah visits/dogsits.

Bruno

Maddie is the absolute best. I was in a terrible dilemma. My dog, Bruno, recovering from surgery, would not take his medications. He was in such discomfort, he refused to eat or drink causing him to decline fast. Maddie to the rescue! She patiently worked with Bruno. Using her skills as a vet tech, she had Bruno swallowing his pills in no time. My friend who is big, patient, loves Bruno, and spent two hours on the floor with him, failed to make Bruno swallow his pills. I am happy to say Bruno is now taking his medications and is on the road to recovery all thanks to Maddie. If you need great vet advice and care for your pet, don't hesitate to have Maddie come to your rescue. Thanks, Maddie!

Piper

I found High Tech pet care through Madison, the owner. We worked together as vet techs in the past, so I knew I could rely on her, as she was an excellent vet tech. We used High Tech pet care for my dog, Piper, and it was a great experience for her. Madison came by 3 times a day to feed, play with, and let Piper out. She sent me pictures and messages throughout the day, letting me know that Piper was well cared for, while we were away! We have found our new dog sitter through High Tech Pet Care!!

She asked many questions about daily routine, food, medical care and tried to get a real sense of what is normal for your furry friend. It was the first time we had left our dog with someone other than family and Madison sent us pictures and kept us informed as the visit went on. She went above and beyond with her care of our dog. It was a couple of days before Christmas and we were traveling to Asheville, NC, when our cat, Patsy, stopped eating, was retching and making strange noises. We found High Tech Pet Care and learned that they would come to our house 3 times a day, give Patsy her medicine and take pictures to share with us. It was worth every penny to have this caring, consistent, and educated pet nurse take care of our beloved Patsy.

Finding a dog sitter for our 2 high needs dogs has proven challenging over the years. People usually don't want to handle the pharmacy's worth of meds our senior pup is prescribed to, but Maddie was very knowledgeable and proved she was up for the task. We came home to two happy healthy boys and a text log full of photos that gave me a good deal of peace while we were away.

She took Bailey for her walks and I loved getting updates and photos showing her happily trotting along.
